The knowledge management platform HERBIE supports cooperative research and development processes. The platform allows scientists to early exchange their research results and to discuss them the expert community. With the help HERBIE virtual research teams can be established, that produce high quality research results in cooperation.
The HERBIE platform is applied in both research and practice and further development within the OpenSource community.
