This project, financed by the European Union, Region Norrbotten and Region Västerbotten, comprises 13 organizations with unique and complementary competences from 7 countries in the Baltic Sea Region. Each country will establish a Resilience Transformation Hub (RTH) to facilitate the exchange of best practices and enable learning opportunities. This collaborative approach ensures the transnational value and long-term impact of the CIRC-2-ZERO project.
